The best flight connection is to Vienna international airport. There are some flights also to Bratislava airport. You can find list of direct flight lines to Bratislava here 

From Vienna international airport to Bratislava railway station: Regular connection from Vienna airport to Vienna Hbf railway station are available (online booking with ticket) here. There are regular train connections from Vienna Hbf to Bratislava railway station here and from Bratislava railway station to Zilina railway station here.

From Bratislava bus station (Mlynske nivy) to Bratislava main railway station

From Bratislava airport to Bratislava railway station, please take bus number 61, you can find regular bus connections here

From railway station Zilina:

Bus station is situated right in front of railway station entrance. Please, take bus number 4, you can find schedule here. Your start station is called “Zeleznicna stanica” and final station “Zilinska univerzita”. You can buy paper bus ticket for 1 €  in ticket machine on the bus station, please, don´t forget to mark it in machine in bus. This ticket is valid for 60 minutes.  You can also buy ticket in the bus with your credit card –  in yellow machine – this ticket is valid for 60 minutes and cost 0,75 €.
