Veronika Šramová joined the ERAdiate team in June 2017 to support business development activities.
Veronika Šramová is currently working in business incubation activities at the Center for Technology Transfer (Incubator) within the University Science Park of the University of Žilina. She is responsible for all incubator activities as the new project care with the business and startup potential from the University and also from the business environment, organising expert workshops and conferences and networking.
She is a researcher in the field of strategic management, especially strategic planning. Her Ph.D. thesis was on Using Scenario in company’s planning.
She has been working on projects focused on reintegration of researchers, training students in starting up a business and other startup activities.
