ERA CHAIRS LESSONS LEARNED in Brussels
This meetig hosted all ERA Chairs from FP7 (that lead to EAdiate) and those of H2020. The objective of this meeting was to discuss the first lessons learned by every single ERA Chair project, share best practices and exchange with the new coordinators of the Horizon 2020 ERA Chair projects.

ERAdiate presents at the ICETA Conference
The ICETA Conference was held in the High Tatras, Slovak Republic. The presentation with the title “Intelligent Transport Systems – More than ICT in Mobility” addressed the aspect of providing information as a societal task in an urban environment of smart citizens.
Proposal for the project “Economically efficient charging infrastructure for electric vehicles in smart cities and communities” submitted
The proposal was submitted to the Agency of the Ministry of Education, Science and Sport of the Slovak Republic ranked as No. 18.-19. out of 184 registered project proposals and was marked as category “A” project proposal.
Eradiate presents at the International workshop
“Optimization problems in transportation and logistics systems and decisions support tools in intelligent transport systems” The workshop was organized by the Faculty of Transportation Sciences of the Czech Technical University in Prague. ERAdiate gets networked to POLIS
In the course of the POLIS annual conference, ERAdiate gets part of the POLIS network, one of the most important umbrella organisations for urban mobility within Europe. ERAdiate is invited to contribute to the traffic safety working group which is tackling traffic safety indicators.
ERAdiate gets part of the SIMMARC consortium
This research project is funded by the Austrian Government, the project partners are JOANNEUM RESEARCH (co-ordinator) and Prof. Dr. Kurt Fallast (both Graz, Austria) with a strong involvement of the City of Graz. ERAdiate presents at the eCALL workshop in Ostrava
The presentation tackled the ITS deployment in Slovakia, particularly the role of the Ministry of Transport, Construction and Regional Development and the Ministry of Interior of the Slovak Republic and the operational programmes, such as that for integrated infrastructure that encompasses ITS.
